This event in Karlstad came back as the tour finale of Nordic Curling Tour 2024.

Karlstad Curling Club with 8 sheets in its modern rink hosted a great event with excellent ice conditions during the event.

Home favorites, team Niklas Edin was not able to defend their title from last year after falling short to Team Bryce from Scotland.

Team Bryce however could not beat Team Gösgens from the Netherlands in the final to which they qualified after a semifinal against Team Hårstad from Norway.

Team Gösgens played the final in 2023 and now went one better winning the 18-team strong tournament undefeated. In the womens division Team Wranå also went undefeated after beating Team Turmann in the semis and Team Fujisawa in the final.

Team Fujisawa got to the final after beating Team Constantini in a close semifinal.

The Nordic Curling Tour winners was also decided in this event.

From Denmark, Team Krause took the tour title after 3 finals in 4 events from which 2 of these finals turned into victories.

Team Schwaller was the womens divisions strongest team during this tour winning 3 straight events and collecting so much points that they won the title. This without playing in this last event due to their participation in World Juniors.
