Lillehammer Curling Club has once again the honor of inviting you to this Nordic Junior Curling Tour event at Lillehammer curling arena.
This event will host a maximum of 24 teams divided into a womens division and one mens division. If the total of registered teams in one of the divisions don't exceed 6 we will play a mixed event. Prize money will be decided after total amount of teams are confirmed.
All teams participating in this event is guaranteed rankingpoints according to the Nordic Curling Tour rankingsystem which you'll find in the top menu.

Competition & registration
About the event
Lillehammer Junior Classic will be played at the Lillehammer curling arena which has hosted lots of national and international events in the past. This is also the home club for Team Lillehammer Høstmælingen which has established them as one of the top young teams in the world.
The format will be decided after the registration date. We will try separate junior mens and junior womens teams, but if there is not enough teams registered we will have a mixed competition.
We will however have a separate podium with prizes to both divisions regardless of mixed or separate event.
All teams are guaranteed 4 games. First game will be at the earliest Friday at noon.
There will be lunch for purchase at the rink through the event in addition to the included dinner on Saturday.

Closest major airport is Oslo Gardermoen, just 90 minutes away.
Trains departs from just outside the arrival terminal.

Accomodation
The players accomodation this year will be Birkebeineren. This hotel has apartments with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and kitchen which means that a whole team can stay together. It is about 500 meters distance from the rink.
Breakfast is included in bookings.
The hotel also offers food for purchase in the restaurant.
